Updated Nov 5, 2024By purchasing a commission from me, the artist, you agree to:LAW STUFF:I, Shoutaws- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. (commercial is not copyrights!)- I will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork if a fanart, if is a original artwork, I will keep all. To purchase the IP, copyrights etc, the client must says it before the payment or purchaise them after.- I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the customer break any of the terms.- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, as well as in publications such as art books.The customer:- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, only the watermarked version.- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork.- License is ALWAYS PRIVATE USE. For COMMERCIAL LICENSE contact me for info.No A.I. - I do not consent for any of my art to be used in any machine learning datasets, "A.I." generated imagery or writing.REFOUND- On custom commissions I will refound the 40% of the total € ONLY if I didn't start to draw (NOT put your request in WIP maproad you can see) . If I already started to draw, (put your request in WIP maproad you can see) I WILL NOT REFOUND.
